The Challenge
One of CB Holding Corp.’s main concern when building their new corporate website, as well as their 3 restaurant property website redesigns, was the ability to keep the content and images updated and fresh and not have to be a web designer to accomplish the task. They also needed a method to streamline the printing of the hundreds of gift card notes that accompany the mailing of Gift Card purchases.
The Solution
Visual Identity Group gave CB Holding Corp. a demonstration of our Visual YouManage™ Content Management System to show them just how easy administrating changes to their new websites could be. We also suggested a way we could streamline their customer service department’s management of gift card purchases with this system. The result was a success as we rolled out the custom Visual YouManage™ CMS system with the launch of each website. Now they can update promotions and images with a click of a button through the web-based system, change content and add news from any computer at any time. The customer service department is thrilled with our custom printing set-up for three different size gift card message notes and address label printing ease. Prior to using Visual YouManage™, all the gift cards were written by hand and the labels were typed individually. Now this process is all done automatically as soon as a gift card order is received!
