Coca-Cola needed to streamline the meeting invitation process for presentations and meetings alike.
The Solution
Visual Identity Group created an application that allows a user to create and setup a meeting, invite attendees and email out invitations where the recipient can choose to accept of decline. The meeting organizer has the ability to login and keep track of attendees and create other meetings. The organizer has the ability to choose from several different templates when creating a new meeting, and preview the email before it is even sent out.
