El Pollo Loco and Dedica Group needed a way to update franchisee's with current marketing and promotional assets to promote brand consistency and to help drive sales for owners in one convenient location online.
The Solution
Thus, the Local Store Manager (LSM) was born. LSM allowed El Pollo Loco headquarters to keep up with their constantly updated promotions and marketing materials by placing them online for franchisees to download or view. Features included image and asset gallery management, store / account management, pricing management per location and a feature which allowed users to customize and build promotional items online such as door hangers, place mats, window clings and more! El Pollo Loco headquarters uploaded corporate approved coupons and images which allowed users to pick from to build their promotions all online in real time, and email them to the print vendor!
